As the Director of Quality and Regulatory, Paolo’s role is to verify that the organization’s product and services are in compliance with the company’s quality requirements. He is responsible for developing the Global Quality departmental strategy and vision to ensure that Eurocoating adheres to our customer’s expectations, with consistent improvement and refinement of quality processes.

Paolo has been an integral member of the Eurocoating team since 1998 and was responsible for the start-up of the Eurocoating Quality System in 1999. He was instrumental in obtaining the Company’s European CE Marking for Medical Devices and ensuring that we comply with Food and Drug Administration regulations and all other appropriate industry standards.

He was also key to starting up the Quality and Regulatory processes for Surface Dynamics and the Eurocoating Wuxi plant and provides ongoing support.
